School Council

Every September, we elect a new school council through a democratic process. Candidates put themselves forward and prepare a campaign. All children vote after listening to the speeches and the ballots are counted to reveal our full school council for the year ahead; two children from each year group.

The school council works with the leadership team to make sure that the views of children are central to school improvement and decision-making.

Our school council for 2026-2027 was elected on Wednesday 30th October following impassioned speeches from all candidates. Here we are- the voice of the children! Watch this space to read more about our important work during 2026-2027.
